❗️Please note that this role is office based for Sofia, Bulgaria (51, Blv. „Cherni Vrah“, Office „X“).

We are looking for a motivated Human Resources Intern to join our team and gain hands-on experience in human resources. This is a great opportunity to learn about HR Administration in a dynamic environment. You’ll support daily HR activities, contribute to ongoing projects, and develop essential skills to kick-start your career in human resources.

✅ Responsibilities:

✔️Take part in various HR projects and daily team tasks as needed;

✔️Support the HR team in researching and applying labor law requirements;

✔️Assist in onboarding activities and welcoming new hires;

✔️Assist with maintaining and updating employee records;

✔️Assist in preparing HR reports and documents.

✅ Qualifications:

✔️Currently studying or recently graduated in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field;
✔️Eagerness to learn about HR processes, labor laws, and company policies;
 ✔️Good organizational skills and attention to detail;
✔️Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
✔️Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
✔️Good written and spoken English.
