About The Role
We are looking for a highly driven and strategic Customer Development Manager – Food Services to lead our commercial expansion in East Java. This is a hunter-style role focused on acquiring and developing high-potential accounts in the food service channel, including hotels, restaurants, catering companies, and institutional buyers. You will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, building strong commercial relationships, and driving sustainable revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new key accounts in the HORECA and institutional segments
- Develop and execute customer development strategies tailored to the food service market
- Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and influencers
- Lead negotiations and manage trade terms with strategic partners
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, supply chain, finance) to deliver customer solutions
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform business strategy
- Ensure execution of pricing, promotions, and product placement strategies
- Deliver on monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
Who We’Re Looking For
- 3–5 years of experience in customer development, key account management, or food service sales
- Proven track record of acquiring and growing strategic accounts
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Commercially savvy with a hunter mindset and strategic thinking
- Proficiency in MS Excel and CRM tools
- Highly motivated, entrepreneurial, and results-oriented
