Company Description
This position supports global stores by generating accurate financial targets to effectively allocate labor resources, executing seasonal labor strategies, identifying opportunities to gain efficiencies, and analyzing opportunities for investment that best support the customer. Primary responsibilities include creating store level financial forecasts and labor budgets, analyzing actual sales and labor use, and utilizing insights to drive constant evolution and process improvement. Additionally, this position partners with Home Office teams and the Stores Group, primarily at the District Manager level, to optimize labor resources and drive sales in stores.
This job is located at our Global Home Office in Columbus, Ohio.
What Will You Be Doing?
- Create daily/weekly store financial forecasts and labor budgets
- Create and monitor actual labor usage reporting and drive compliance
- Leverage human capital management platform to support labor optimization
- Conduct special ad-hoc store analysis to inform workforce planning
- Support the execution of seasonal labor strategies and process improvements through analysis, reporting, and communication
- Support maintenance of systems and workflow processes to streamline execution and drive compliance in stores
- Provide recommendations for strategy and process improvements based on insights gained from data analysis
- Provide day-to-day and seasonal peak support, communication, and training to DM and store level associates
- Develop strong working relationships with the Stores Team, especially the District Manager group, to support stores and understand the needs of the customer
- Develop strong working relationships within the Home Office to ensure collaborative efforts
What Do You Need To Bring?
- Bachelor’s Degree or related experience
- Strong analytical skills
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills including MS Excel
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to document ideas, workflow, and issue resolution
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Commitment to supporting customer service
- Prior Workday experience preferred
