Receptionist (office-based part-time student position - 20 hours per week)

Job Description

• Reception duties and administrative tasks

• Answering Phone Calls

• Greeting and assisting guests
• Handling incoming and outgoing mail

• Coordination With Suppliers

• Monitoring and ordering office supplies
• Performing other office-related tasks

Qualifications

• Proficiency in spoken and written English (B2 level)
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
• Valid driving license (Category B)
