  • Working Arrangements: Presence in the office is required
  • Employment Type: Temporary role up to 2 years
  • Hours: Flexible working arrangements, 35 hours per week
  • Salary: Clerk Grade 7/8, $113,574 - $125,720 plus super and leave loading

Your Role

The Centre Finance & Administration Manager is an integral role within the management team of a correctional operational area. The role is responsible for managing a diverse range of financial and administrative services, ensuring provision of high-level advice and services to deliver business operations to agreed standards.

What we’re looking for

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Proven experience in financial management
  • Supervisory or management experience, with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse team to meet business objectives
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
  • Ability to undertake a range of financial and administrative services in line with best practice, policy and legislation

Essential Requirements

  • Current driver’s licence and willingness to travel with NSW
  • Working with Childrens check for paid employment ( applicants cost )
