Job Description

• Support and further development of Atlassian Jira and Confluence as well as M365 SharePoint for more than 4,700 users
• Design and delivery of trainings and workshops to ensure optimal system usage
• Participation in cross-departmental, innovative IT projects with a focus on collaboration and project management solutions
• Analysis and optimization of processes in cooperation with business units
• Error analysis and resolution (2nd level support, no 1st level)
• Creation of IT specifications, documentation, and guidelines
• Coordination of external partners during the implementation and further development of solutions

Qualifications

• Completed IT education (HTL, University of Applied Sciences, Technical University) or comparable professional experience
• Experience in the administration and further development of Atlassian Jira, Confluence, or M365 SharePoint
• Technical affinity and understanding of interfaces, workflows, and automations (e.g., REST APIs, scripting, integrations)
• Experience with cloud products
• Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
• Willingness to continue learning and openness to new IT trends

We offer a fair and market-aligned salary based on the collective agreement for employees in the metal trade – adjusted to the regional conditions of the Styrian labor market. The minimum gross monthly salary for this position is € 4,000 (based on full-time employment). What truly counts for us are your personality, your skills, and the experience you bring.
