The adidas Digital & eCommerce teams are shaping the future of how consumers connect with the adidas brand online. These internships offer hands-on experience across key areas including Digital Product Ownership, Consumer Operations, Digital Sales, Sales Planning & Analytics, and Product Merchandising.

Whether it’s exploring opportunities to optimize the customer experience on-site, streamlining checkout and fulfilment, analysing sales data, or curating product assortments, you’ll contribute to delivering a seamless and impactful digital shopping experience.

By applying for this opportunity, we’ll consider your experience across all available Digital Analytics & eCom-focused internship roles, covering the following areas:

• Digital Product Ownership: A hybrid role blending product ownership and analytics. You'll support digital experience teams in identifying when to go broad on high-impact opportunities or deep on specific pain points to optimise the .com journey.
• Digital Consumer Operations: Own the operational execution of promotions across e-commerce and the app, primarily through voucher code activation. Also support the Consumer Service team with end-to-end gift card replacement processes.Monitor daily order flow from click to return. Analyse issues and build automation use cases to reduce failures such as cancellations, stuck orders and late returns.
• Digital Sales Analytics: Use data and insights to uncover incremental growth opportunities across the Partner Program and Partnership Marketing business.
• Sales Planning & Analytics: Deliver analytics support to the EU operations team  - monitor performance via Power BI and conduct deep dives using SQL when needed.
• Product Merchandising: Support in the standard seasonal processes for European eCom range, support the team on inventory position and opportunities, in-season management, and product personalization topics with focus on key events i.e. Football World Cup event.

WHAT WOULD MAKE YOU A MATCH

• Student with a focus on Business, eCommerce, Digital, Communications or similar
• Enrolled as full-time student for the complete duration of the internship
• Strong MS Office skills, especially analytical skills
• Understanding of ecommerce environment
• Structured, organized and process orientated, with an analytical mindset  
• High resilience and solution-oriented attitude 
• Team player who enjoys working in an international environment 
• Very good communication and interpersonal skills 
• Fluent in English both verbally and written

Eligibility

• Enrolled as full-time student for the complete duration of the internship 
• Candidates in penultimate year of study preferred (following the internship, students should have maximum one year to graduate)
• Availability for the full duration of the internship from March 2026 - September 2026
• Local to Amsterdam/Ability to relocate to Amsterdam for the full duration of the internship
