We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Leadership Development Associate to join our team. Responsibilities

  • Participate in a structured leadership development program with progressive responsibilities.
  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing operational and strategic initiatives.

  • Analyze performance metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement.
  • Shadow senior leaders to learn effective management practices.
  • Support team development, communication, and project execution.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred but not required).
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership potential through academics, extracurriculars, or previous experience.

  • Competitive annual salary of $64,000 – $69,000.
