Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone and email.
• Provide accurate information about services, policies, and account details.
• Assist tenants and property owners with questions, requests, and issue resolution.
• Document interactions and maintain updated client records.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Handle escalated issues with patience and professionalism.
• Previous experience in customer service, administrative support, or client relations preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with computer systems and customer management software.
• Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree is a plus.
• Competitive annual salary of $53,000 – $58,000.
