Responsibilities:

• Manage incoming and outgoing communications with clients and stakeholders.
• Coordinate and facilitate internal communications to ensure seamless information flow.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and client correspondence with accuracy and clarity.
• Assist in developing communication strategies that support business objectives.
• Maintain records of all communications and client interactions.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistent messaging across all channels

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business, or related field preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Professional demeanor and ability to interact with diverse clients.
• Proficiency in office software (MS Office Suite, email platforms, etc.).
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
