Schedule: Monday - Friday 7am - 4pm
Compensation: $21.50 per hour
Qualifications:
- 1 year dealership experience with responsibilities in parts operations, customer service, and inventory management.
- Valid Driver's License.
- Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles required.
- Experience with DealerTrack preferred.
- Deep understanding of automobiles and parts.
- Effective analytical and communication skills and eagerness to improve.
- Ability to learn new technology, repair and service procedures and specifications.
- High School Diploma or GED (required).

Responsibilities
- Prepare Parts for shipping.
- Ships all parts and accessories in accordance with shipping instructions.
- Receive incoming parts and accessories and inspect for damage.
- Report damages to supervisor.
- Make sure the necessary paperwork is delivered to the office daily.
- Understands and ensures compliance with factory and policy procedures.
- Ensures accuracy of parts numbers.
- Verifies invoices, delivery receipts and purchase orders to match inbound and outbound parts.
- Answer parts department phone calls.
- Works closely with counter parts staff and drivers on the shipping and receiving of parts.
- Assist Parts Advisors as needed.
- Reports overages and shortages to supervisor.
- Pulls and ships out customer and wholesale orders.
- Puts away replenishment stock.
- Delivers Parts to Wholesale accounts and other shops.
- Maintains warranty parts area in a clean and organized manner.
- Make sure the necessary paperwork gets to the office daily.
- Other duties as assigned.
