Job Description

WHAT YOU WILL OWN:
- Responsible in achieving sales target through sales executive performance management and proper lead distribution
- Manage a large team of sales executives through coaching, lead distribution, performance management and strong leadership.
- Supports the management team in collecting data, managing leads and providing insight
- Data Analysis in order to review and optimize sales executive conversion rate and sales
- Achieve sales targets through strong leadership and maximizing team output
- Conducts interviews, manages agent probation, performance and continuously improves conversion rates.
- Prepares daily, weekly and monthly performance reports and presents to relevant stakeholders.
- Familiar with CRM system (Salesforce, Midas & Tableau)
 

• ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
• - Bachelor and/or master's degree
• - At least 2+ years of relevant experience
• - Proficient in both English and Mandarin language
• - Analytical and number orientated. You are process-oriented and data-driven
• - Thrives in high paced, fast-moving environment and can make quick, assertive decisions
• - Outstanding attention to detail, and strong organizational skills
• - Highly proficient with MS Office with strong Excel skills
• - Ability to work and navigate Salesforce and any other CRM tools
