We're hiring a B2B Product Lead to define how teams succeed with Gamma. We recently announced Gamma’s Team and Business offerings and were blown away by the tidal wave of inbound interest. Gamma's progress so far has been driven by prosumers: 50M+ users worldwide count on our AI-powered visual storytelling platform to shape and share their big ideas as presentations, documents, sites, and social cards. But presentations don’t happen in a vacuum. The business use case for Gamma is clear, and we have passionate users everywhere pounding down our door to bring Gamma to their teams.

Our team has a strong in-office culture and this position is an onsite role in San Francisco. As a key connector between product, sales, marketing, and customer success, you'll be expected to be at our office in Potrero Hill 4-5 days per week.
What you'll do:
- Own the B2B product roadmap end-to-end, defining and shipping features that drive business adoption and expansion
- Serve as the standard-bearer for high-quality customer interactions, trusted by our founders and leadership team to stand at the front of any room or sit at the head of any table
- Partner closely with Gamma’s marketing, customer success, and sales leaders to architect our go-to-market motion overall, including where the product team and the product itself can make a difference
- Deliver the next level of detail on Gamma’s team collaboration capabilities including workspace management, permissions, user provisioning, and admin controls
- Drive and thoughtfully prioritize business-specific feature requests like SSO, SCIM, audit logs, security compliance, and data governance
- Lead discovery and sequencing of workplace integrations (Slack, Microsoft Teams, Salesforce, etc.) and API capabilities for business use cases
- Balance the needs of SMB and business customers while maintaining Gamma's consumer-grade product offering
- Work hands-on with engineers to ship complex, scalable systems that meet business needs
- Define success metrics and drive toward ambitious goals for revenue, adoption, and customer satisfaction
Our Ideal Candidate Has:
- 6+ years of experience in product management with at least 3+ years focused on B2B PLG SaaS or nascent AI GTM motions
- Technical fluency to discuss complex tradeoffs with senior backend engineers, particularly around security, scalability, and integrations
- Strong quantitative analysis skills and self-starter approach to analysis; we are a small team with no dedicated analysts at the moment
- Experience working with top-tier designers to ship complex, polished user experiences that work for both end users and admins
- Proven track record partnering with sales and customer success teams to inform product strategy and drive revenue outcomes
- Deep care for engineering velocity and willingness to handle all the many small tasks that set engineers up for success
- Customer empathy and ability to translate enterprise requirements into elegant product solutions
Bonus Points For:
- Product strategy experience doing 0-1 product work or owning strategy for significant B2B product areas
- Experience with enterprise features like SSO, SCIM, compliance frameworks (SOC 2, GDPR, etc.), or workplace integrations
- Background at PLG (product-led growth) companies that successfully scaled from prosumer to enterprise
- Entrepreneurial background at startups or eagerness to jump from big company to startup world
- Experience in collaboration tools, productivity software, or content creation platforms
- Compensation & benefits:
- The base annual salary range for this role is $180-270k.
