Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and arrange daily schedules for management and visitors.
  • Organize and coordinate meetings and conference calls with internal departments and external parties.
  • Handle day-to-day routine tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Assist with additional tasks and special assignments as directed by management.
  • Provide administrative and clerical support to team members within the department.
  • Coordinate expense claims, reimbursement processes, and manage office equipment and supplies.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for the department, ensuring effective communication and coordination.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in an administrative or secretarial role.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and decision-making skills.
  • Proven ability to coordinate effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Proficient in both spoken and written English.
