Accounting Officer

Purpose Of Position

• CASETiFY is seeking an Accounting Officer to join the Finance team. This role reports directly to the Finance Manager. As the ideal candidate, you will be able to start immediately, excel in a fast-paced environment, and possess a detail-oriented approach. You should have experience maintaining accurate records for accounts payable and receivable, as well as performing daily financial entries and reconciliations. 

Job Description

• Responsible for managing the complete daily accounting operations, including GL, AR, AP, etc
• Participate in the month-end closing and prepare reporting packages
• Ensure adherence to accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies
• Assist with implementing the NetSuite system and enhancing internal control procedures
• Perform assigned ad-hoc duties and supporting tasks

Requirement

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
• 3+ years of practical experience in accounting
• Strong proficiency in both written and spoken English and Cantonese
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and Chinese Word Processing
• Experience in the Oracle NetSuite ERP System
• Responsible, disciplined, proactive, a team player, and detail-oriented
• Mature and independent with a high level of initiative
• Immediate availability is preferred
