  • Collaborate with Quality and Operations stakeholders to define data needs and translate them into scalable data solutions.
  • Perform in-depth analysis of quality events and operational data to uncover patterns, risks, and improvement opportunities.

  • Contribute to automation of reporting and monitoring to improve efficiency and regulatory readiness.
  • Act as a liaison between the Quality organization, Data Engineering, and other operational functions, ensuring consistent data use and governance.
  • Support other functional areas within the operations organization as needed.
  • Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

You Have:

  • 8+ years of experience in data analysis, operations analytics, or a related field.
  • Experience working with Quality functions in a pharmacy or FDA-regulated environment.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and data manipulation for analysis and reporting.
  • Hands-on experience with modern analytics tools and technologies, including Looker, Google BigQuery, Databricks, and dbt.

  • Ability to logically connect data, system logic, and regulatory requirements to business processes.
  • Solid understanding of statistical analysis methodologies and their application to quality and operational datasets.
  • Proven ability to work with complex datasets, including quality/compliance data, and translate them into actionable insights.
