Job Description

Mission: Articles transfers between plant A and plant B with respect to local toolbox, consolidation partner(s) and basic performance and supports implementation activities of PIP and VL projects. Consultant for general tire layout. Tire transfers:

• Self-reliant execution of complex tire transfer processes between production plants
• Planning of experimental tire orders (ETO) in cooperation with plant
• Validation of ETO according to plant toolbox, initiation of necessary action in case of deviations
• Assures Release Notices (RN) to and from plant and correct release of products via RN
• Assures accuracy and timing according to necessary SOP (start of production)
• Continuously improves product transfer process Technology Implementation:
• Self-reliant execution of Value Leadership (VL) measures ▪ Actively supports VL projects within the frame of PI Process optimization and participates in product and process development projects
• Assures realization of guidelines for improvement in product and production processes in cooperation with Quality management, production and product industrialization Quality:
• Follows and maintains a well-established process oriented management system - PoMS
• Assures realization of quality goals and quality optimization

Qualifications

• University degree in technical field (Engineering, Chemistry, Materials or Natural Science)
• Fluent English language

Additional Information

• Initial salary (depends on experience and skills of the candidate):
• Freshly graduate: TT8: 1 980€ + variable part
• Experienced candidate: TT9: 2 200€ + variable part
• Salary increase within the knowledge and experience gained up to 3 000€ gross/monthly and more.
