This role is responsible for the day-to-day management and activation of assigned partnership accounts, ensuring all contractual elements are executed flawlessly and partner relationships are maintained at the highest level.

From in-venue signage and on-site activations to social campaigns, sweepstakes, hospitality, and in-market promotions, you’ll lead the planning, execution, tracking, and reporting of impactful sponsorship programs. You’ll act as a strategic marketing partner to brands—delivering unforgettable fan experiences while driving measurable results and renewal opportunities. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role at the intersection of live music, brand storytelling, and fan engagement.

This is a full-time role based in Inglewood, CA and is eligible for our competitive benefit offering including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan with company contribution, Well-Being Allowance, and more. Due to the nature of this industry, the candidate must be available to work a flexible schedule including weeknights, weekends, and holidays to cover high profile concerts.

What you'll do:
  • Manage day-to-day operations for music and entertainment venue brand partners, ensuring flawless execution across tours, radio shows, and live events.
  • Oversee all aspects of partner activations at concerts, shows, and festivals—including onsite execution, brand ambassador coordination, and real-time troubleshooting.
  • Act as a strategic marketing partner, creating custom sponsorship platforms that amplify brand visibility and deliver measurable results.
  • Collaborate with top industry players like Live Nation, AEG, CMN, iHeartMedia, and Audacy to fulfill high-impact partnership initiatives.
  • Track and report on sponsorship performance to demonstrate ROI and drive continuous improvement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partner contacts—from daily leads to executive stakeholders—through regular check-ins, event hospitality, and strategic recaps.
  • Deeply understand each partner’s brand, audience, and goals to serve as a true extension of their team.
  • Support cross-functional initiatives including digital and social media integrations, signage, community engagement, and content creation.
  • Manage partner ticket allocations and budgets, ensuring smooth coordination with box office teams.
  • Contribute to revenue growth through renewals, upsells, and collaboration on new music partnership opportunities.
  • Stay on top of trends in live music, fan engagement, and brand partnerships to keep activations fresh and relevant.
  What We’re Looking For:
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field—or equivalent experience in the live events or brand partnership space.
  • 7 - 10 years of relevant experience in live entertainment, music, brand partnerships, agency, or venue-side roles. Background in sponsorship sales or corporate marketing is a plus.
  • Proven ability to manage high-profile brand partnerships from concept through execution—ideally within concerts, tours, or large-scale events.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communicator with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships across partners, clients, and internal teams.
  • Strategic thinker with a creative mindset and a proactive, solutions-driven approach.
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, and be on-site for most shows and activations.
  • Self-starter who thrives working independently but collaborates well with teams.
  • Passion for live music, brand storytelling, and delivering unforgettable fan experiences.
