Opportunity 📈

We're looking for a performance-minded Creative Producer who specializes in building high-impact paid social ads. In this role, you’ll play a key part in fueling Honeydew's acquisition engine by producing compelling video and static content for platforms like Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and Snap. You’ll own the end-to-end creative process—from conceptualization to execution—transforming raw footage and ideas into scroll-stopping ads that convert.

This is a hands-on role for a creative who can edit video, design engaging statics, and ideally craft sharp ad copy that grabs attention and inspires action. Working closely with channel owners and fellow creatives, you’ll have a direct impact on driving patient acquisition and shaping how our brand shows up across digital channels.

You’ll report to our Head of Growth (Connor Kreutz) who’s based in New York City.

What You’Ll Work On:

  • Edit performance-driven ads: Create video and static assets for Meta, TikTok, Snap, and YouTube with strong hooks, platform-native style, fast pacing, emotional payoff, and clear CTAs.
  • Creative strategy ownership: Translate briefs into high-converting creative, balancing strategy, storytelling, and aesthetic execution. Contribute new concepts, formats, and editing approaches based on platform trends and performance data.
  • Influencer & UGC editing: Transform influencer and user-generated footage into polished, authentic ads that drive results.
  • Creative testing & iteration: Develop your own ad variants, propose structured experiments, help analyze results, and scale top-performing concepts.
  • Copywriting for performance: Write headlines, scripts, and on-screen text optimized for conversions, platform best practices, and brand voice.
  • Brand & visual identity: Contribute to Honeydew’s branding and organic social presence, ensuring storytelling and visuals remain consistent across channels.
  • Team collaboration & management: Partner closely with Growth team leadership to plan video / photo shoots to create high-product content. Oversee contract designers, editors, and photographers to deliver high-quality assets.
  • Thought leadership: Serve as a key voice in shaping Honeydew’s creative identity, working with the whole team to define how the brand engages and grows across platforms.

Who We’Re Looking For:

  • 3–5+ years of experience creating paid social ads and high-performing static creative for DTC, subscription, or high-growth brands.
  • Strong portfolio of direct-response video and static ads with measurable performance results, especially on TikTok, Meta, YouTube Shorts, and Snap.
  • Expertise in editing & design: Skilled in Adobe Premiere (After Effects a plus) and Photoshop (light retouching, background extensions, product adjustments). Strong grasp of typography, layout, color theory, and digital design principles.
  • Direct-response storytelling: Ability to craft platform-native content with strong hooks, momentum, and clear CTAs—turning briefs, UGC, and influencer content into polished, authentic, high-converting ads.
  • Strategic and analytical: Adept at reading briefs, understanding KPIs, and developing creative that ladders up to growth and business objectives. Comfortable contributing to copywriting and iterating on messaging.
  • Collaborative operator: Works effectively both independently and in cross-functional teams. Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced, testing-heavy environment.
  • Creative self-starter: Proactive, adaptable, and culturally attuned—eager to ideate, experiment, and push creative boundaries. Comfortable articulating design decisions with strategic reasoning.
  • Bonus: Experience writing high-performing ad copy and/or familiarity with Motion, Triple Whale, or creative analytics platforms.

Location: NYC or willing to relocate to the New York City area.
