Who You Are

Metropolis is seeking a People Operations Analyst to drive key HR projects and enhance our data and automation capabilities. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys turning data into insights, and loves managing projects from start to finish. You’ll be a critical partner to the People Operations team, acting as a utility player, to help the company scale efficiently while improving processes and implementing automation.

What You'Ll Do

  • Drive HR projects to completion, including Open Enrollment rollouts, employee lifecycle updates, and automation initiatives
  • Provide hands-on support for implementing new HR technologies, including AI, and process improvements
  • Analyze and enhance core people data, producing reports that inform business decisions
  • Maintain and document processes to ensure smooth adoption of new systems and automation tools
  • Collaborate with People Operations and other stakeholders to ensure projects meet deadlines and objectives
  • Support data-driven decision-making by creating dashboards, reports, and insights
  • Assist in process improvement initiatives that increase efficiency across HR workflows
  • Present findings and recommendations clearly to leadership and project stakeholders

What We'Re Looking For

  • 2+ years of hands-on HR experience with exposure to data, systems, and process improvement
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Proven project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a budding executive presence
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfort working with HR technology and automation tools, supporting process implementation

While Not Required, These Are A Plus:

  • Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau

The anticipated base salary for this position is $75,000.00 USD to $90,000.00 USD annually. The actual base salary offered is determined by a number of variables, including, as appropriate, the applicant's qualifications for the position, years of relevant experience, distinctive skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location of residence and/or place of employment. Base salary is one component of Metropolis' total compensation package, which may also include access to or eligibility for healthcare benefits, a 401(k) plan, short-term and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, a lucrative stock option plan, bonus plans and more. #LI-KD1 #LI-Onsite
