About The Role

As a Senior Business Analyst in our Supply Chain & Fulfilment team, you’ll play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical execution. Working closely with the Product Owner, you’ll translate functional requirements into actionable insights, collaborate with solution architects, and ensure vendor proposals are not just visionary—but practical.

What You’Ll Do

• Partner with the Product Owner to elicit, analyse, and document functional requirements
• Break down complex business problems into clear, technical deliverables
• Collaborate with architects to align solutions with enterprise standards
• Participate in RFP processes, challenging vendor proposals to ensure operational feasibility
• Act as a key liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners
• Support solution design, testing, and implementation across fulfilment and supply chain initiatives

About You

• 5+ years’ experience supporting digital channels in large, complex organisations requiring stakeholder management.
• Significant experience in a Business Analyst role
• Experience in retail environment mandatory
• Experience working in a complex project environment and must have worked in Product Delivery environment
• Agile methods and concepts
• Proficient in context switching and being across multiple initiatives
• A logical approach to problem solving and the ability to constructively propose and review solutions
• Proven experience gathering, eliciting, and documenting functional and non-functional requirements in a way that is complete, clear, correct, and consistent
• Proven ability to manage relationships within and outside the business, including suppliers, customers, and colleagues.
• Ability to analyse and explain complex digital systems and concepts in accessible language, such as translating the technical capability of a solution into the real-world application and results of that solution. Communicate these concepts to a range of stakeholders at the appropriate level of detail
• Development of Business Cases, including financial case, for technical solutions to business problems. Includes financial acumen such as understanding capital vs operational spend and making strategic trade-offs between competing solutions.
• A passion for new technology
• Experience with data, advanced analytics and AI
• Experience in supply chain or fulfilment operation projects highly desirable
