Our Berlin-based team is currently seeking a German-speaking Sales Team Lead for the DACH region. 

What You’Ll Do

• Foster a collaborative and inspiring team culture through transparent communication and constructive feedback.
• Manage daily operations and key performance indicators to drive team success and achieve targets.
• Identify training requirements, offer coaching opportunities, including call shadowing and feedback sessions.
• Act as a supportive leader, resolving conflicts, acknowledging achievements, and effectively addressing feedback.
• Inspire team members, fostering a culture of innovation and creativity to maximise performance and motivation.

You’ll be great for this position if 

• Fluency in both verbal and written German is essential, with a strong proficiency in business-level English.
• Possess strong empathy and the ability to cultivate positive relationships with customers and team members.
• Demonstrate active listening skills to address the needs of your team effectively.
• Show enthusiasm for technology and a willingness to adapt to the fast-paced nature of our industry.
• Demonstrate enthusiasm for assuming a pivotal role in driving the company toward its strategic objectives.
