Role Overview

As a Senior Payroll Specialist within our Payroll Operations team, you will be responsible for managing monthly payroll processes for Taiwan. You will work closely with external payroll vendors and internal cross-functional teams—including HR, Finance, and Legal—to ensure accurate and timely payroll execution in compliance with local labor laws and regulations.

In this role, you will also contribute to payroll process improvements and support related projects aligned with evolving business needs. This position requires strong attention to detail, a proactive mindset, and the ability to navigate complex payroll scenarios with professionalism and discretion.

What You Will Do 

• Manage end-to-end monthly payroll operations for Taiwan, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Partner with external payroll vendors to validate payroll data and resolve discrepancies.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, Legal, and other internal teams to support payroll-related matters.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, and internal policies.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and support payroll system enhancements.
• Assist in audits, reporting, and documentation related to payroll activities.
• Participate in payroll-related projects and initiatives as needed.

Basic Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in payroll operations, preferably in a multinational environment.
• Strong knowledge of Taiwan labor laws and payroll regulations.
• Experience working with payroll vendors and HRIS systems.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other payroll-related tools.

任職資格：

• 擁有會計、財務、人力資源或相關科系之學士學位。
• 具備 5 年以上薪資作業經驗，具跨國企業經驗者尤佳。
• 熟悉台灣勞動法令與薪資相關規定。
• 有與薪資供應商及 HRIS 系統合作的經驗。
• 具備優秀的分析能力、組織能力與溝通技巧。
• 能以高度保密性處理敏感資訊。
• 熟悉 Excel 及其他薪資相關工具。
