We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join Bolt Food’s Merchant HQ and help us unlock smarter, data-driven decisions across our markets in Europe and Africa.

This hybrid role combines two critical functions – deep data analysis and business partnering – ensuring that our global teams can make the right decisions based on accurate, timely, and well-structured insights. You will work with complex data models and hundreds of operational and commercial metrics that require constant supervision, while also collaborating with stakeholders to guide decision-making.

Your work will directly contribute to the success of Sales, Onboarding, Operations, and Account Management processes, as well as to the improvement of operational performance across the Bolt Delivery domain.

• <point>Build and maintain reporting across the partner journey — from sales pipeline through onboarding to long-term account management and growth.</point>
• <point>Monitor performance trends and proactively provide the data needed to close gaps in business decision-making.</point>
• <point>Develop dashboards and tracking tools to give visibility to global teams and enable proactive management.</point>
• <point>Drive automation and efficiency in reporting and analysis using SQL, Python, or similar tools.</point>

• <point>4+ years of experience in data analysis, ideally combining technical and business problem-solving.</point>
• <point>Strong skills in SQL and Excel; Python or R is a strong plus.</point>
• <point>Familiarity with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar).</point>
• <point>Ability to work across multiple data sources (CRM and others), interpret complex partner journey logic, and independently trace and validate numbers against raw data.</point>
• <point>Proactive, curious, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities while diving deep into the business.</point>
