We are seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst to join our team and serve as the bridge between business needs and technology solutions. The ideal candidate will analyze processes, gather requirements, and collaborate with stakeholders to design and deliver systems that improve efficiency, scalability, and business outcomes.

We are seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst to join our team and serve as the bridge between business needs and technology solutions. The ideal candidate will analyze processes, gather requirements, and collaborate with stakeholders to design and deliver systems that improve efficiency, scalability, and business outcomes.
Core Role Responsibilities
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather, document, and validate requirements.
- Analyze business processes and workflows to identify improvement opportunities.
- Translate business needs into clear technical requirements for IT teams.
- Support project lifecycle activities, including planning, testing, deployment, and training.
- Develop use cases, process flows, and functional specifications.
- Facilitate communication between business units, developers, and vendors.
- Conduct system testing and assist with user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Provide ongoing support for implemented solutions and recommend enhancements.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT
- Strong knowledge of business process modeling, requirements gathering, and documentation.
- Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in tools such as ADO, Visio and MSFT tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of D365, CRM, or enterprise software systems.
- Process knowledge of direct to consumer models
- Experience working in cross-functional, fast-paced environments.
