Senior Technical Product Manager (Developer Tools) - Bengaluru

We’re hiring a Senior Technical Product Manager to lead roadmap and delivery of an AI-driven code review platform, bridging engineering, ML, and developers to solve high-impact productivity problems.

Requirements

• 7+ years of total experience, including 4+ years in technical product management (dev tools preferred)
• 3-5 years of hands-on experience as a software engineer
• Currently working as a Technical Product Manager in a product-based company
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Git workflows, CI/CD, and code review processes
• Experience driving product strategy, roadmap, and execution from concept to launch
• Comfortable working with ML/AI teams or familiar with AI/ML concepts
• Excellent technical communication and stakeholder management skills
• Data-driven, with a clear approach to metrics and decision-making

Preferred Qualifications

• Background at developer-focused companies (e.g., Postman, Hasura, GitHub)
• Exposure to static analysis tools, linters, or code quality platforms
• Experience building or contributing to IDE extensions, productivity tooling
• Contributions to open-source or developer communities

Responsibilities

• Define and own product vision, roadmap, and execution for AI code review platform
• Work closely with engineering and ML teams to define product requirements
• Engage directly with users to validate ideas and improve developer workflows
• Drive product discovery through research, feedback, and experimentation
• Analyze user behavior and metrics to inform prioritization and feature development
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align business needs with product outcomes
• Maintain detailed product documentation and lead release planning
