If yes, we are looking for a Collections Specialist to join our Team in Greece!

What You Get To Do In This Role

• Participate to the implementation of the main collection processes and ensure correct execution, including, but not limited to Collection calls and written communication with the customers.
• Participate in the design and implementation of the quality control processes and ensure correct execution of these processes.

Requirements

What We Are Looking For:

• Microsoft Office Proficiency

• Analytical Thinking

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related quantitative field
• No previous collection experience is required
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Able and willing to grow and adapt
• Persuading and influencing others
• Action and results oriented
