Role Summary
Are you a detail-oriented compliance professional with a passion for building processes that ensure organizational integrity and accountability? AdvancedMD is seeking a Compliance Manager to oversee and strengthen compliance programs across HR, employment law, and regulatory requirements. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with Legal and People Operations, serving as a key partner in safeguarding the organization against compliance risks while enabling business growth.
You’ll play a pivotal role in monitoring adherence to policies, conducting audits, driving compliance training programs, and supporting investigations and reporting. By proactively identifying risks and fostering a culture of compliance, you’ll help the organization stay aligned with evolving laws and best practices.

Essential Job Duties:
- HR Compliance:
- Monitor and ensure adherence to employment laws, regulations, and internal policies.
- Assist in audits and maintain accurate compliance documentation.
- Compliance Training:
- Develop, implement, and track compliance training programs for employees and managers.
- Ensure timely completion of mandatory training and maintain training records.
- Legal Compliance Support:
- Collaborate with the Legal team on compliance-related matters, including policy updates and risk assessments.
- Support investigations and reporting requirements as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Legal Studies, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in HR compliance, legal compliance, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of employment laws and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work cross-functionally.

Work Environment
- Hybrid office arrangement to start in the South Jordan, Utah office location, with option to work remotely available. Remote work is contingent upon individual role, team structure and alignment to role KPIs.
