About The Role

As a Senior Designer at ZoomInfo, you'll drive strategic design initiatives that shape the future of our B2B intelligence platform and solutions. You'll lead complex design projects that leverage AI technologies to transform how sales and marketing professionals interact with data. This role requires a visionary approach to design, deep expertise in user experience, and the ability to mentor and influence across the organization while pushing the boundaries of AI-enhanced experiences.

What You'Ll Do

• Lead strategic design initiatives across multiple product areas, focusing on AI-driven interfaces and workflows
• Define the vision for how AI can enhance user experiences across the ZoomInfo platform
• Drive design innovation and establish new patterns for human-AI collaboration within our products
• Design sophisticated systems that leverage machine learning to simplify complex user tasks
• Lead discovery and research to identify opportunities for AI-enhanced experiences
• Build frameworks and methodologies for integrating AI capabilities into our design system
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and data science teams to deliver cohesive AI solutions
• Mentor and develop junior and mid-level designers, elevating team capabilities
• Represent design in high-level product strategy discussions 
• Advocate for ethical AI design principles across the organization

What You'Ll Need

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
• 5+ years of professional UX/UI design experience with demonstrated leadership
• Experience designing AI-enhanced products or features
• Exceptional portfolio showcasing strategic design solutions and systems thinking
• Proven ability to lead complex design projects from concept to launch
• Deep understanding of user research methodologies and their application
• Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills
• Experience building or evolving design systems
• Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate design decisions

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing enterprise B2B or data-centric products
• Knowledge of machine learning concepts and how they apply to user experience
• Experience with AI design ethics and responsible AI implementation
• Expertise in designing advanced data visualizations and complex workflows
• Experience leading design sprints or other collaborative design methodologies
• Understanding of technical constraints and opportunities in AI implementation
• Public speaking or writing experience related to design and innovation
