Sr. Technical Program Manager (Cybersecurity)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr. Technical Program Manager to lead complex programs and projects across cybersecurity, configuration management, and application lifecycle management (ALM). The ideal candidate will bring a proven background in program and project management, strong technical acumen, and the ability to drive cross-functional teams toward successful execution of business-critical initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage multiple technical programs and projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and strategic priorities.
• Oversee full program lifecycle, from planning and execution to delivery and sustainment.
• Partner with cybersecurity teams to ensure program activities adhere to compliance, security policies, and risk management best practices.
• Implement and enforce configuration management (CM) practices to ensure system integrity, version control, and traceability across projects.
• Drive application lifecycle management (ALM) processes, tools, and governance to support efficient development, deployment, and maintenance of applications.
• Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders, including engineering, operations, security, and business units, to ensure seamless integration of program deliverables.
• Track, report, and present program status, risks, and outcomes to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Establish and maintain program management best practices, including metrics, reporting dashboards, and process improvements.
• Mentor and support project managers and team members, promoting a culture of collaboration and accountability.
