Showroom Concierge - New York

We’re excited to be looking for a Showroom Concierge to join our growing team. You’ll be the first point of contact for all showroom guests and play an integral part in shaping the retail experience at VRAI.
This role is perfect for you if you are detail-oriented, thrive on hospitality, are highly organized, and want to create a memorable experience for life’s special milestones. You are excited to learn more about jewelry and diamonds that are created sustainably, and are looking to join a nimble team to, in turn, help grow the VRAI brand.
This position is a temporary, full-time position.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end operations by processing sales orders, preparing and shipping client purchases, managing restocking of merchandise, and supporting inventory control to ensure accuracy and product flow.
• Act as a cross-functional liaison by partnering with Client Experience (CX) to resolve post-sales inquiries and escalations, acting as a liaison across clients, vendors, and internal teams.
• Ensure quality and accuracy by monitoring quality control and service accuracy, verifying jewelry condition when applicable, escalating issues, and maintaining accurate records to drive efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Serve as the primary client contact and VRAI brand ambassador by greeting clients warmly and professionally as an ambassador of the VRAI brand and values, and Act as the first point of contact for walk-in clients.
• Be the the first point-of-contact for walk-in clients as well as provide floor support during appointments by offering product knowledge, jewelry care guidance, and company policy information (returns, upgrades, resizes, etc.), Provide floor coverage to maintain a high standard of hospitality and responsiveness, and sell to walk-in clients while connecting them with an available Diamond Expert (DX) for in-depth appointments.

Requirements

• Independent, motivated, and well-organized with excellent writing and communication skills.
• Compassionate, positive, technologically savvy, patient, and people-focused.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Excited to learn more about diamonds, jewelry, and sustainability.
• This position will work a Thursday–Monday shift weekly.
