We’re looking for a Human Resources Generalist based in the Philippines to play a key role in recruiting and onboarding top talent across our global teams. In this role, you’ll ensure new hires feel welcomed, supported, and set up for success—while also serving as an HR partner for employees in Europe, the Middle East, Africa (EMEA), and the Asia-Pacific (APAC) regions. 

A critical aspect of this role is providing support to employees with HR-related issues and concerns. To ensure effective coverage and communication, the position requires working the evening/night shift hours listed above. 

What You’Ll Do

Recruitment & Hiring

• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and job postings. 
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to scheduling interviews and facilitating offers. 
• Build strong talent pipelines across EMEA and APAC. 

Onboarding & Employee Experience 

• Lead the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and engaging experience for all new hires. 
• Coordinate contracts, documentation, and system setup for new employees. 
• Serve as a culture ambassador, helping new hires integrate into our global team.

Generalist Hr Support

• Provide HR guidance to employees on policies, benefits, and general inquiries. 
• Support employee relations, performance management, and engagement initiatives. 
• Ensure compliance with regional employment laws through coordination with local partners. 
• Assist with payroll and benefits administration for international employees. 

What We’re Looking For 

• 3 + years of HR Generalist or Talent Acquisition experience, ideally with a focus on international recruitment and onboarding. 
• Track record of managing hiring processes and delivering excellent candidate experiences. 
• Strong communication skills in English (additional languages such as Spanish, Portuguese, or French are a bonus). 
• Familiarity with global HR practices and ability to navigate cross-cultural environments. 
• Comfortable working independently across time zones and managing multiple priorities. 
• Tech-savvy with HRIS, ATS, collaboration platforms (e.g., Teams, Greenhouse), and Excel.
