Position Summary
Within the IPG Mediabrands Group, we are looking for a new colleague to join our Digital division.
This area is one of the main pillars of our agency and is organized into cross-functional teams that work to ensure efficiency and achieve our clients' objectives.
Specifically, we are looking for a Programmatic Specialist to join our digital team and focus on the addressable area.
The role of Addressable Specialist is to support the client services team with the day-to-day account management across multiple international Brands. The role of the Addressable Specialist is to improve the performance of our client’s business through the smart application of data, analytics and technology across programmatic media for campaigns running across the World.
The Addressable Specialist is involved in all stages of a campaign lifecycle, from pre-campaign planning, implementation and testing, to optimization, recommendations and post campaign analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the strategy, planning, execution and optimization of programmatic campaigns (DV3660, Amazon Ads, The Trade Desk, Hivestack…)
- Responsible for assisting the client services team with day-to-day account management for multiple international Clients Develop and implement strategies to reach target audiences and maximize KPIs across various platform Conduct thorough product analysis to ensure the right strategy and bidding approach for each campaign
- Analyzing outcomes to implement new approach, maximize results and get insights to drive innovation
- Provide mentorship and support to junior team members and share knowledge across the team
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in digital advertising ( eg. CTV, Digital Out Of Home, Audio.. ) to bring innovative ideas to the table
Desired Skills & Experience
- At least 2/3 years of hands-on experience in managing programmatic activities
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, including performance tracking and optimization
- Proven ability to develop and execute strategies that drive traffic, conversions, and brand awareness
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make actionable recommendations
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Experienced working with Direct Response clients
- Proficiency Excel skills
- Good presentation skills
- Strategic Thinking
- The ideal candidate must have a strong command of the English language and Italian
- Problem solving

- Organization and proactivity in managing relationships with customers
- Knowledge in Analytics, tag manager, AdServer platforms (eg. Campaign manager) and social platforms (eg. Meta, TikTok) will be considered a Plus
