At Trustpilot, we're on an incredible journey. We're a profitable, high-growth FTSE-250 company with a big vision: to become the universal symbol of trust. We run the world's largest independent consumer review platform, and while we've come a long way, there's still so much exciting work to do. Come join us at the heart of trust!
At Trustpilot, we know that growth doesn’t happen by chance - it’s powered by world-class marketing, underpinned by smart operations. We’re looking for a transformational Senior Director of Marketing Operations to design and scale the systems, processes, and insights that fuel our global marketing engine.
Working hand-in-hand with our CCO (Chief Customer Officer) and the Marketing Leadership Team, you’ll set the strategy, architect high-ROI models, and build the foundations that enable accelerated growth. From shaping measurement frameworks and driving funnel performance, to embedding AI-driven innovation and ensuring every campaign creates a seamless customer journey, you’ll play a critical role in how Trustpilot reaches, converts, and retains customers across every segment.
If you thrive on turning complexity into clarity, blending data with innovation, and enabling marketing teams to perform at their best - this role is for you.
What You'Ll Be Doing:
- Define and lead Trustpilot’s global Marketing Operations strategy, aligning with company-wide goals.
- Partner with Finance, Revenue Operations, and Data Science to set lead targets and establish measurement frameworks (e.g. multi-touch attribution) that maximise ROI and customer lifetime value.
- Deliver dashboards and insights on key metrics (MQLs, SALs, ROI, funnel velocity), going beyond reporting to provide actionable recommendations.
- Lead operating meetings and performance reviews, ensuring accountability across marketing analytics and funnel health.
- Oversee funnel management with a customer-first perspective — ensuring processes deliver a smooth and positive prospect experience.
- Optimise Salesforce and other martech platforms to improve targeting, automation, and campaign tracking.
- Champion marketing enablement initiatives — equipping teams with the tools, training, and processes to market more effectively.
Who You Are:
- Extensive experience in Marketing Operations, consulting, or related leadership roles — ideally in tech, SaaS, or scaling B2B businesses.
- A proven track record of defining and executing go-to-market strategies that unlock business growth.
- Deep expertise in sales and marketing processes, media attribution, funnel management, and CRM/MarTech platforms.
- Highly analytical, with the ability to translate complex data into insights, decisions, and stories that inspire action.
- Experienced in leveraging AI and technology to transform operations and improve customer and marketer experiences.
- Strong leadership skills, with a track record of driving organisational transformation and building high-performing teams.
- Excellent communicator and influencer, able to build trust and alignment across senior leadership, global teams, and external stakeholders.
- Pragmatic, results-oriented, and motivated by the challenge of enabling growth in a dynamic, global environment.
What'S In It For You:
- A range of flexible working options to dedicate time to what matters to you
- Competitive compensation package + bonus
- Restricted Stock Units
- 25 days holiday per year, increasing to 28 days after 2 years of employment
- Two (paid) volunteering days a year to spend your time giving back to the causes that matter to you and your community
- Rich learning and development opportunities supported through the Trustpilot Academy and Blinkist
- Pension and life insurance
- Private Medical Insurance
- Critical Illness Cover
- Health cash plan, online GP, 24/7, Employee Assistance Plan
- Full access to Headspace, a popular mindfulness app to promote positive mental health
- Tailored leadership development program consisting of workshops, coaching opportunities, and structured feedback mechanisms to enable world-class leadership
- Paid parental leave
- Season ticket loan and a cycle to work scheme
- Central office location complete with table tennis, a gaming corner, coffee bars and all the snacks and refreshments you can ask for
- Regular opportunities to connect and get to know your fellow Trusties, including company-wide celebrations and events, ERG activities and team socials.
- Access to over 4,000 deals and discounts on things like travel, electronics, fashion, fitness, cinema discounts and more.
- Independent financial advice and free standard professional mortgage broker advice
Still Not Sure?
We want to be a part of creating a more diverse, equitable, and inclusive world of work for all. We’re excited to hear about your experiences as well as how you will contribute to our working culture. So, even if you don’t feel you don't meet all the requirements, we'd still really like to hear from you!
