The DCX Client Services Home-Based Billing Specialist will be a part of a dynamic and collaborative finance team committed to enhancing collection efforts and driving continuous improvements for the business. You will be responsible for conducting detailed monthly data reviews, processing changes, managing administrative tasks, and distributing reports for assigned properties. This role works closely with billing specialists, collection specialists, and regional teams to ensure accurate and efficient data management and reporting. providing great customer service.

- Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures
- Reconcile discrepancies between two data sets monthly according to a set schedule and consolidate findings.
- Process and manage tenant-related changes, including updating billing addresses, email addresses, and invoice delivery preferences.
- Flag invoices for autopay as requested.
- Create and distribute tenant reports both on demand and per schedule.
- Manage and maintain Lease IDs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure data accuracy and process efficiency.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Experience: 1-3 years of Accounts Receivable and/or General Accounting experience, or equivalent.
- Language Proficiency: Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills.
- Working schedule: Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in most Microsoft Office Applications, databases, and accounting software.
- Strong working knowledge using Excel, pivot tables, advanced formulas, etc.
- Proficiency in using accounting software and tools, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or other relevant software.
- Ability to build relationships with clients and internal departments.
Industry Specific Software/Knowledge:
