Are you an experienced e-commerce operations professional with a talent for managing fulfillment and logistics? We’re looking for a Home-Based E-Commerce Operations Manager to support our U.S.-based client in the promotional products industry. In this role, you’ll oversee Shopify integrations, 3PL partner coordination, and end-to-end order management. Required Core Competencies
- Detail-Oriented: Ensures product, SKU, and inventory data accuracy across Shopify and 3PL systems.
- Tech-Savvy: Skilled in using Shopify, Google Sheets, and web-based applications to monitor and resolve fulfillment issues.
- Effective Communicator: Coordinates seamlessly with suppliers, purchasing, and logistics partners worldwide.
- Problem-Solver: Troubleshoots syncing errors, stockouts, and system challenges with practical solutions.
- Organized Leader: Manages multiple warehouses, projects, and priorities while ensuring timely fulfillment.
What You Will Do
3PL Management & Integrations
- Set up and manage integrations between Shopify and multiple 3PLs (currently ~8 providers worldwide).
- Ensure products, SKUs, and inventory levels are accurately linked and synced across Shopify and 3PL systems.
- Validate that tracking numbers and fulfillment updates from 3PLs are consistently pushed into Shopify.
- Maintain logins and system knowledge for multiple 3PL portals, understanding each partner’s specific requirements and workflows.
- Oversee receiving processes with 3PLs, ensuring inbound shipments from suppliers meet labeling, carton, and pallet requirements.
- Support product setup within each 3PL system to ensure readiness for fulfillment.
Order Processing & Troubleshooting
- Monitor all orders in Shopify, identifying and resolving issues with syncing, stockouts, or address errors.
- When automated syncing fails, export, clean, and reformat order data in Google Sheets for manual submission to 3PLs.
- Collect tracking data from 3PLs and manually import updates into Shopify when necessary.
- Create and maintain custom views/dashboards in Shopify to proactively monitor fulfillment status.
- Supplier & Internal Coordination
- Work closely with the purchasing team to ensure suppliers provide all data required by 3PLs for inbound shipments.
- Communicate directly with suppliers and warehouses to resolve discrepancies or delays.
- Provide clear documentation and SOPs for product creation, linking, and fulfillment processes across Shopify and 3PLs.
Reporting & Continuous Improvement
- Generate reports on order trends, fulfillment accuracy, and 3PL performance.
- Identify bottlenecks in syncing or manual processes and recommend solutions to increase efficiency.
- Leverage AI tools to automate reporting, detect anomalies, and surface insights that drive smarter decision-making across fulfillment and logistics.
- Explore and implement AI-driven solutions to reduce manual work, improve order accuracy, and optimize multi-3PL coordination.
- Maintain up-to-date SOPs for multi-3PL operations.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, and Business Administration, or any related field.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce operations, supply chain coordination, or a fulfillment-heavy role.
- Language Proficiency: Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills.
- Working schedule: Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Strong knowledge of Shopify order management, product linking, and app integrations.
What We Look For
Technical Skills:
- Advanced ability in Google Sheets for exports, data cleaning, and reformatting; ability to troubleshoot data syncing issues between systems
- Proven experience working with multiple 3PLs, including product setup, inbound receiving, order syncing, and tracking management.
What We Offer
- Salary Range: PHP 40,000 – 43,000

- Workdays: Monday through Friday (USA)
