Job Description

To shape and direct a fit for purpose learning and development strategy for Corporate & Investment Banking by collaborating with business stakeholders on innovative and integrated learning solutions which build capability and deliver the required skills and competencies; creating an integrated, positive workforce experience whilst addressing the requirements of a transforming organisation.

Experience required
•    Minimum of 10 years demonstrated exposure to complex problem solving for strategy, vision setting and innovation, and at least 5 years people management experience & leading teams.
•    Drive effective knowledge management and content curation by building forward-planning, sustainability and stability into learning capabilities, ensuring that business needs are met with the best resources.
•    Facilitate workforce augmentation within the CoE Domain by leading initiatives which enable the integration of technologies into work; in order to increase productivity and drive unique competitive advantages within a digitally innovative environment.
•    Drive the integration of the learning landscape internally and externally at Domain level, to leverage off existing infrastructure and applications to enable the learning experience design and optimisation across the value chain.
•    Lead the commercial negotiations around third-party agreements and SLA's where necessary, ensuring the budget is optimised, within time allocated; approve and finalise costs and rates around third-party agreements and SLA's.
•    Manage interactions with internal and/or external multi-disciplinary teams to address issues of transition management relevant to the CoE, within changing geographies.
•    Manage the learning portfolio by balancing conflicting demands, addressing barriers to learning at a strategic level and ensuring the creation of high-end quality learning solutions within a digital innovation learning approach.
•    Provide CoE Domain insights regarding technology requirements, in collaboration with relevant stakeholders, to ensure teams are well-equipped with the resources to achieve business outcomes in a transforming environment.
•    Source and/or curate learning content for learning experiences that enable business areas to meet their current and future workforce capability priorities, driving implementation and monitoring effective adoption of interventions.
•    Provide financial oversight for managed risk, high innovation and growth by understanding the financial and business metrics and incorporating these into the design and positioning of well researched and holistic learning solutions with data and trends that inform learning content, methods and delivery.
•    Drive quality assurance of learning-specific reporting, by driving sound learning data quality, so achieving integrated data/insights and people driven decision making.
•    Identify and embed future-fit metrics to ensure positive business impact of learning experiences, value, cost effectiveness, and learner engagement and satisfaction.
