Job Description:

Siamo alla ricerca di un Transportation Manager per societa’ del Gruppo UPS Healthcare che andra’ a gestire una serie di attivita’ e la gestione di piu’ team all’interno del Plant.

Attivita’ Principali:

• Supervisione delle attivita’ operative quotidiane
• Gestione e coordinamento di due team (Customer service e Traffic Team)
• Gestione della flotta interna
• Gestione dei fornitori esterni
• Responsabilita’ nel tenere sotto controllo le revenue ed i costi
• Contribuire alla stesura del business plan
• Reportistica mensile e settimanale
• Partecipazione ai progetti relativi al miglioramento delle attivita’ interne dei team
• Importante la conoscenza della lingua inglese in quanto la persona e’ coinvolta nelle collaborazioni delle legal entity estere

Requisiti :

• Conoscenza e padronanza delle problematiche relative alla distribuzione e al trasporto
• Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese scritta e parlata
• Capacità nella gestione e nel coordinamento di piu’ team .
• Capacità comunicative e interpersonali
• Organizzazione e gestione del tempo.
• Conoscenza della gestione dei progetti e familiarità con software o programmi di gestione.
• Capacità di negoziazione.
• Buone capacità di analisi e di sintesi

The Transportation Management Office Manager is responsible for providing transportation strategy support for the Transportation Services business units. He/She creates and communicates a consolidated enterprise view of Transportation Services strategies. In addition, he/she plans, leads and administers the Transportation Services Program Management Office (PMO), and oversees enterprise performance management measurement and reporting for Transportation Services. This position indirectly manages the work of Functional User Representatives. He/She manages supervisors, and specialists.

The Transportation Manager will be in charge in particular of our activities for CCG Direct services (FTL, LTL).
