Safety, Quality & Environment (Sqe) Coordinator

To strengthen our team, we are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented SQE Coordinator to support our operations and help us continuously raise our standards.

Your Key Responsibilities

Safety

• Support the implementation and continuous improvement of KONE’s Safety Management System
• Promote a strong safety culture and share best practices across teams
• Participate in safety committees and improvement initiatives
• Conduct audits and incident investigations, ensuring corrective actions are implemented

Quality

• Support Quality Management Systems and ensure process compliance
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for quality issues
• Conduct internal and external quality audits
• Drive continuous improvement to enhance customer satisfaction
• Implement and monitor Environmental Management Systems (e.g., ISO 14001)
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and standards
• Promote sustainable practices and reduce environmental risks
• Conduct audits and deliver environmental training
• Lean Six Sigma (LSS)

Environment

• Apply LSS tools to eliminate waste and improve efficiency
• Lead or support improvement projects using DMAIC methodology
• Facilitate Kaizen workshops and drive operational excellence
• Foster a culture of problem-solving and continuous improvement
• Experience in occupational safety, quality, or environmental management
• Knowledge of safety management systems, risk management, and auditing processes
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and motivate others
• Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented mindset
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Language skills: Fluency in Hungarian, with good command of English (written & oral)
