We are seeking passionate and motivated Data Analytics interns at P&G who are keen to fuel their career and have an unforgettable yet challenging experience. You will work across multi-million-dollar brands and engage with multifunctional teams to drive corporate growth and deliver tangible business value. You will become an expert in utilizing advanced data analytics in a business context and our collaborative environment will give you an opportunity to build relationships with senior leaders who are experts in their fields as well as your like-minded peers. 

This internship comes with a steep learning curve where you will build your experience across a breath of areas such Big Data, Advanced Analytics, Cloud Technologies, and Machine Learning. You will uncover business growth opportunities through mining multiple sources of data, turning it into actionable insights, and translating complex analytics into business recommendations. We will empower you with best-in-class algorithms, data technologies and market research where you will have the opportunity to step-change how we use analytics to drive our business. 

What To Expect:

During your 12-week summer internship, you will get real responsibility from Day 1 and lead live data analytics projects. You will network with different multifunctional teams such as sales and finance and leverage advanced analytics to turn your data insights into actions and deliver data-driven findings to corporate stakeholders. We will support you in gaining technical skills such as data visualisation and data reporting using both corporate and market leading platforms. You will also benefit from a comprehensive and customized learning plan that ensures the right levels of coaching, mentoring and training to help you develop your soft and interpersonal skills.

This internship is available in our UK Head Office in Weybridge (an easy commute from Central London with regular trains from Waterloo & Clapham Junction and a free shuttle bus from the station to the office).

Job Qualifications

What We Look For:

• University students graduating in 2026 or 2027. We welcome students of Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Data Analytics, Engineering or any other related field who are interested in a Data Analytics career, and are able to unearth insights from complex datasets using advanced analytical methods.
• Evidence of passion and achievements in academic and/or non-academic activities. Tell us what you’re proud of – be it playing a musical instrument or holding down a job alongside your studies. We want to get to know you during your application!
• Demonstrated leadership skills with strong observational and analytical capability.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong verbal and written English language skills.

Start Date:

The summer internship is available from 1st July 2026 until 18 September 2026. We expect you to be available for the full duration, however encourage you to use your accrued holiday allowance during your internship.

Right To Work:

For our internship roles, you will need to provide your own right to work in the UK for the full duration of your internship without requiring sponsorship from P&G. Note, this will require your right to work permission to be valid between 1st July 2026 until 18 September 2026, for a minimum of 37.5 hours per week. 

P&G is legally required to ensure all candidates have the right to work in the UK from Day 1 of their employment. All applicants will therefore be asked to provide evidence of their right to work at the conclusion of the recruitment process as a condition of employment
