Our team in Tucson, AZ is seeking an entry level Cybersecurity Compliance Analyst known as an Analyst, Cyber Vulnerability Assessment Professional within Raytheon.

This opportunity is for individuals seeking a future career in cybersecurity or information assurance. This position is for a Cybersecurity Compliance Analyst to manage various non-technical operational tasks and support the administrative compliance of classified Information Systems. You will collaborate with and support the Cybersecurity Managers / Information Systems Security Managers (ISSMs) and Information Systems Security Officers (ISSOs) to ensure adherence to all DOD regulatory policies.

You will have daily access to classified Information Systems and documentation that requires strict adherence to all Department of Defense (DoD) policies using the Risk Management Framework (RMF), DCSA Assessment and Authorization Process Manual (DAAPM), Joint SAP Implementation Guide (JSIG), National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM Chapter 8).

What You Will Do:

  • You will be responsible for supporting front-line user support, user access management workflows, system change requests, records management, and maintenance/delivery of information systems security education, training, and awareness.
  • You will assist in gathering metrics, data entry, managing program and user requests, and supporting other work in support of system compliance.
  • You will utilize your administrative/data entry skills to support configuration management (software/hardware) and IS Lifecycle Management.
  • You will work across varying environments to maintain government accredited classified Information Systems.
  • You will be responsible for developing and maintaining body of evidence artifacts that accurately reflect the status of assigned security boundaries.
  • You will assist with reviewing computer-generated audit records to identify potential insider threats.
  • You will use company developed tools and commercial products such as Splunk to review Windows, Linux, and networking device generated logs.

Qualifications You Must Have:

  • Requires a bachelor’s degree with a major in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Systems Management, Management Information Technology, Mathematics, or closely related
  • This position requires 12 months or less of professional experience (excluding internships)
  • The ability to obtain and maintain a US security clearance. U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance

Qualifications We Prefer:

  • Ability to proactively identify process gaps and implement improvements
  • Self-motivated and possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills, particularly in documenting evaluation results
  • Customer focused, adaptable and willing to work varying assignments
  • Experience with training, records, or compliance management
  • Experience working in DoD classified operating and/or laboratory environments
  • IAM Level I certification (Security+ or other)

The salary range for this role is 55,000 USD - 107,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
