Your day to day

As a Chapter Lead, you remain an active squad member, dedicating most of your time to hands-on work in your area of expertiseโwhether thatโs software development, infrastructure, IT risk, or another technical craft.

What youโll bring to the team
Education & Background
- University degree in IT or engineering;
- 10+ years of IT experience, including leadership roles;
Technical Excellence
- Strong engineering foundation with hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, Python, and front-end technologies;
- Skilled in modern architectures, DevOps, CI/CD (Azure DevOps), and containerization (Kubernetes, Docker, OpenShift);
- Experience with SRE tooling (Grafana, Prometheus), integration (Kafka, JMS, MQ), testing frameworks (JUnit, Selenium, Cucumber), and databases (Oracle, Hibernate, ElasticSearch);
Delivery & Leadership
- Proven track record in designing and migrating web applications, driving project delivery, and leading diverse technical teams;
- Deep understanding of Software Development lifecycle, IT risk controls, and incident management;
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
