Summary Of Role:
The Supply Chain Planning Analyst would assist in the creation of our supply chain planning teams that work closely with the demand and S&OP (Sales and Operations) planning teams. Working closely with cross functional teams and will support the strategic alignment of supply and demand across our global businesses.
Essential Responsibilities Include:
- Analyze statistical demand forecasts and accuracy metrics (e.g., Weighted Forecast Accuracy, Bias) to recommend customer/product-specific inputs.
- Prepare and present data on demand, supply, inventory, financials, and capacity to support S&OP activities.
- Drive tool automation initiatives to improve efficiency across supply chain operations and support consensus demand planning.
- Collaborate with customer business managers to resolve demand gaps and maintain dashboards that provide real-time insights into forecast performance.
Other Responsibilities:
- Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs.
Required Qualifications:
- Education – Graduating with Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related field from an accredited degree program.
- Must have at least an overall 3.0 GPA and be in good academic standing.
- Language Fluency - English (Written & Verbal)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior related internship or co-op experience
- Demonstrated prior leadership experience in the workplace, school projects, competitions, etc.
- Project management skills, i.e., the ability to innovate and execute on solutions that matter; the ability to navigate ambiguity.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong planning & organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail – ability to accurately manage, update, maintain large datasets.
- Strong MS Excel skills
- Hands on experience in Supply Chain, business analytics, demand and/or supply planning, finance or related field.

Expected Salary Range
$47,300.00 - $84,400.00The exact Salary will be determined based on qualifications, experience and location.
