ASML IT operates under the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), with Agile Release Trains (ARTs) driving delivery. The Connectivity ART ensures seamless global network connectivity and transport services across ASML.

Role And Responsibilities

As Service Delivery Manager Connectivity, you will play a key role in aligning and evolving connectivity services to meet the dynamic needs of ASML’s internal sectors. You will operate in a fast-paced, high-tech environment, enabling ASML to maintain its technological edge. As Service Delivery Manager Connectivity you will be responsible for, but not limited to:

  • Act as the primary liaison between ASML and external suppliers for connectivity services.
  • Ensure services meet SLA targets and are monitored, reported, and reviewed regularly.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable and reliable connectivity solutions.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Advise on service improvements and infrastructure planning to meet performance and capacity goals.
  • Manage the lifecycle of connectivity services and associated hardware assets.
  • Ensure business continuity and stakeholder communication during incidents, problems, or changes.
  • Support projects from initiation through design and transition phases, including ownership of service management deliverables.

Education And Experience

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Technical Business Administration, or equivalent.
  • Valid certifications such as ITIL, BiSL, and Cobit.
  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in service delivery within international environments.
  • Strong knowledge of IT Service Management processes and connectivity/network technologies.
  • Proven organizational skills and experience in complex project environments.

  • Fluent in English; Dutch language skills are a plus.

You will be part of the Connectivity ART and report to the IT Group Lead for Connectivity and Identity & Access Management.
