We’re looking for an experienced PR professional to cover a maternity leave and continue building powerful brand visibility and high-impact press coverage in line with our distinctive Brand DNA. In this fixed-term global role, you’ll drive our public relations strategy, from developing press toolkits to managing media partnerships, influencer collaborations, and events.
You will be working across departments but especially closely with the Marketing Director, Creative Director, Social Media Manager, Copywriter, and Brand Manager. Travel required 3-4 times a year for press events.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and drive the global PR strategy, creating PR plans and toolkits that align with market needs, brand strategy, and the commercial calendar.
- Define and develop global PR concepts/activations that support business objectives and/or collections.
- Create PR toolkits such as press releases, lookbooks, and guidelines to support global and local market launches, and provide assistance to markets with localised needs.
- Develop innovative, brand-aligned initiatives to generate exposure and excitement through proactive press pitching
- Manage and support the UK PR agency.
- Plan, develop, and execute local and EU PR events.
- Select and manage media connections, partnerships, and KOLs, ensuring all partners align with the brand DNA.
- Lead all EU and US influencer collaborations incl. campaign collaborations, ongoing product collaborations and lend-outs.
- Support and guide local markets with influencer strategy.
- Responsible for PR samples incl. half-year stock counts and return/clean up.
- Handling all sample lend-outs incl. tracking, packaging, shipping etc.
- Responsible for PR image bank maintenance.
- Monitor, evaluate, and report on PR activities.
Your Background:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communications / PR / Marketing or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in a role with similar responsibilities
- Proven track record of leading PR strategy within the creative industry (Design or Fashion)
- Proficiency in PR tools such as Lefty, Launchmetrics, VOCAST, or similar tools.
- Established relationships with key press contacts in Denmark and internationally
Language Skills:
- English as a daily working language
