This Role Is Responsible For Creating And Maintaining High-Quality Visual Assets Across All Marketing Touchpoints To Strengthen And Safeguard The Brand’S Visual Identity. With A Primary Focus On Developing Retail Materials Including In-Store And Outdoor Assets, The Position Also Supports Digital Channels And Ad-Hoc Creative Needs Across The Business Including Post Production On Some Campaigns. Working As Part Of A Small, Collaborative Team Of Graphic Designers, The Role Combines Hands-On Design Work With Close Cooperations With The Senior Art Director, Copywriter, Social Media, Retail Teams, And Other Stakeholders To Ensure A High End, Consistent Visual Expression Of The Brand Across Every Channel.

You Will Be Working Across Departments But Especially Closely With The Marketing Director, Senior Art Director, Content Manager, Social Media Manager, Copywriter, Brand Manager And Retail.

Key Responsibilities

In This Role, You Will Take Ownership Of Producing And Managing Visual Assets Across Retail And Digital Channels. You Will Work Closely With Internal Teams And External Partners To Ensure Content Is Delivered On Time And Aligns With Brand Standards. Your Work Will Support Both Campaign Execution And The Overall Consistency Of The Brand’S Visual Identity.

  • Develop And Deliver High-Quality Visual Assets For Retail And Wholesale Environments (In-Store Signage, Window Displays, Pos, Ooh And Event Materials) As Well As For Supporting Digital Channels.

  • Prepare Print-Ready Files For Brochures, Catalogues, Outdoor/Ooh Posters, And Other Physical Media, Ensuring Technical Accuracy.

  • Collaborate Closely With The Senior Art Director And Other Internal Teams To Ensure Assets Meet Brand Guidelines And Are Delivered On Time.

  • Provide Ad-Hoc Creative Support Across The Business, Assisting Team Members With Digital, Social Or Campaign Assets When Needed.

  • Maintain And Implement Brand Visual Guidelines Across All Materials To Ensure A Consistent, Premium Expression Of The Brand.

  • Keep Up To Date With Design, E-Commerce, Print Production, And Industry Trends To Enhance The Brand’S Visual Presence.

  • Nice To Have: Skills In Video Editing And Motion Graphics To Enhance Digital Campaigns, And Social Media.

Your Background:

  • Bachelor’S Degree Or Equivalent In Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design, Or A Related Field.

  • Additional Certifications Or Training In Motion Graphics, Video Editing, E-Commerce Design, Or Print Production Are A Plus.

Experience & Knowledge:

  • 4+ Years Of Professional Experience In A Creative Agency Or In-House Role Within Interior Or Fashion.

  • Proven Track Record In Producing Retail, E-Commerce, Print, And Digital Assets.

  • Strong Expertise In Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign Etc.).

  • Solid Understanding Of Branding, Typography, Color, Composition, And Layout Principles.

  • Knowledge Of Print Production Processes, Including Preparing Print-Ready Files, Bleed, Crop Marks, And Vendor Specifications.

  • Comfortable Working In A Collaborative Team Environment, Managing Multiple Projects And Stakeholders Simultaneously.

  • Nice To Have: Experience In Video Editing And Motion Graphics For Social Media And Digital Campaigns Including Tools Such As After Effects And Premiere.
