The Kobre & Kim Analyst & Litigation Assistant Program consists of approximately 100 Analysts and Litigation Assistants located in New York, Miami, San Francisco, Washington DC, Delaware, Dubai, London, Tel Aviv, Cyprus, Hong Kong, Seoul, Shanghai, São Paulo, British Virgin Islands and Cayman Islands. Position Details
The Manager will assist with all aspects of the Analyst and Litigation Assistant Program, playing a hybrid role between program strategy and hands-on operations. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys switching between long-term planning and detailed execution. The individual will be primarily focused on recruiting, alumni relations, and professional development initiatives, while also coordinating day-to-day operations to keep the Program running smoothly. Because the team is lean, the Manager will have a visible impact and the chance to work closely with senior leadership, offering both responsibility and growth.

Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Manage recruitment cycles for Analysts and Litigation Assistants across global offices, including full-time and summer internship hiring.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders on headcount planning, interviews, offers, onboarding, and visas.
- Partner with universities and external organizations to promote the Program and strengthen Kobre & Kim’s employer brand.
- Create and deliver engaging candidate experiences, from initial outreach to onboarding.
- Manage scheduling, feedback collection, and related recruiting logistics.
Alumni Relations
- Maintain and update alumni database, ensuring accurate records.
- Design and organize alumni outreach, events, and newsletters to strengthen connections with former participants.
Program Operations & Coordination
- Manage program logistics such as performance reviews, monthly meetings, and global retreats, working closely with colleagues across regions.
- Support the development of professional growth and retention initiatives, including mentoring opportunities and special projects.
- Prepare infographics, presentations, and various marketing materials by analyzing data and research trends in U.S. and non-U.S. markets.
- Conduct periodic program audits to ensure compliance with firm policies and best practices.
Leadership & Collaboration
- Serve as a key point of contact for Analysts and Litigation Assistants, providing guidance and ensuring program consistency across offices.
- Work closely with senior leadership on program strategy while staying actively involved in day-to-day execution.
- Mentor junior team members, offering feedback and professional development support.
- Conduct bi-annual performance review meetings and oversee promotion processes for Analysts and Litigation Assistants.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from an accredited college or university.
- 7+ years of experience in recruiting, operations, or professional development, ideally within a professional services or law firm environment.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to balance long-term planning and immediate execution.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High degree of initiative and flexibility – able to shift between detail-oriented tasks and higher-level strategic discussions.
- Experience with Workday and MS Office applications preferred.
- Comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
- Interest in growing into a senior program leadership role.
Additional Information
Hybrid role: Three days per week in the New York office, with potential for travel for recruiting or events.
At the time of posting, the salary range for this role is $110,000– $170,000. This range is based on a full-time work schedule. Other compensation may include an annual discretionary bonus. The successful candidate’s actual salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors, including but not limited to relevant experience, qualifications, licensure/certifications, training, skills, and market data.
