The Lead IAM Security Architect determines security architecture requirements by evaluating business strategies and requirements. The Lead Security Architect works on problems of diverse scope and complexity ranging from moderate to substantial.

The Lead IAM Security Architect translates business needs into technical systems solutions. Integrates HR systems, applications, IDPs and various other IAM tools and resources to provide access related solutions. Advises leadership to develop functional strategies (often segment specific) on matters of significance. Exercises independent judgment and decision making on complex issues regarding job duties and related tasks, and works under minimal supervision, Uses independent judgment requiring analysis of variable factors and determining the best course of action.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 8 or more years of technical IAM security architecture experience
• 2 or more years of project leadership experience
• Experience integrating IAM Security technologies with existing technologies
• Experience implementing IAM Security technologies with enterprise-wide impact
• Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Technical Field
• CISSP or CEH or similar certification

Additional Information

Travel: While this is a remote position, occasional travel to Humana's offices for training or meetings may be required.

Pay Range

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.$129,300 - $177,800 per yearThis job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
