Learning Consultant At Randstad Global

Your Typical Day Includes

As a global r-one learning consultant, you are a key player in delivering a successful learning journey for end-users in r-one, our new front-office solution, one which will be the enabler to make your work more efficient and inspiring. In this role you will encompass a wide range of responsibilities to ensure a smooth transition to r-one and after go live. This entails creating global content from a culture, behavior, process and system perspective. You will therefore work closely together with build experts as well as your local counterparts. Your technical proficiency is also beneficial for setting up all learning tools in the correct way. Swiftly switching between technical details and end-user impact, adjusting to cultural diversity and continuously prioritizing your work due to changing circumstances is crucial to excel in this position. 

Your Responsibilities

  •  you identify end-user impact for each release by creating a quarterly learning overview in collaboration with global IT stakeholders
  • you initiate and create new learning materials and methods yourself that enhance the end-user experience and you will improve content after review by global IT, process and learning stakeholders
  • you guide the local market teams and assist on the localization of learning content, set up Trailhead as the primary learning support platform, TrailTracker for tracking key learning metrics and in-app guidance on the r-one platform.
  • you ensure that the learning method used and the transfer of the generated knowledge and skills are optimal
  • you proactively establish and maintain a quality standard at global and local level and ensure that our internal communication platform is up to date for all our global and local stakeholders
  • based on a constant feedback loop from end-users you improve learnings in future learning materials, including the train-the trainer approach
  • you facilitate accesses to the training environment and ensure accurate and refreshed data as well as up to date training exercises
  • you actively participate in data-driven learning interventions (effectiveness) by taking into account elements such as data collection and analysis as well as monitoring and evaluation the local market to facilitate iterative improvement

  • fluent in English, in word and writing

Experience

  • preferable 5-10 years experience in a digital, multinational setting in the staffing industry, ideally in an operational role
  • having knowledge of and experience with r-one and/or Salesforce and Trailhead is a pré
  • flourish in ambiguity, setting your own goals and effectively delivering to them in a very fast-changing environment. 
  • experienced in transferring knowledge in a methodological manner
