Associate Brand Manager – Oncology (สัญญาจ้าง)

Department: Oncology Marketing

Reports to: Vietnam & Thailand Oncology Marketing Lead 

Associate Brand Manager to support the Oncology portfolio. This role is pivotal in executing brand strategy, driving omnichannel engagement, and enhancing stakeholder impact across the oncology landscape. The successful candidate will collaborate cross-functionally to deliver high-quality promotional initiatives and scientific engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Brand Execution: Implement brand strategy across Pfizer-hosted and third-party symposiums, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Event Management: Lead planning and execution of scientific events and symposia, including logistics, content development, and post-event analysis.
• Omnichannel Engagement: Develop and deploy promotional materials across digital and traditional channels to maximize reach and engagement.
• KOL Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) to support brand advocacy and scientific exchange.
• CFC Training Support: Coordinate and contribute to Commercial Field Colleague (CFC) training programs to ensure brand consistency and field readiness.
• Performance Monitoring: Track brand KPIs and provide actionable insights to optimize marketing effectiveness.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with medical, access, and customer facing (CFC) teams to ensure cohesive brand execution.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical, Marketing, Business, Heathcare, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Experience: 2–3 years in pharmaceutical marketing or brand management, ideally within oncology.

• Fluent in Thai and English
